Nothing is impossible.
Unless you start, you are not going to see the end. If you don't start, you are already at the end and no more ends to come. Always start.
I had a French Colleague: If I go to him, saying that I have a problem and the things won't work, he always use to say, don't tell me the problem, tell me the solution.
The Lesson is very simple, For every Problem, there is a solution; hence don't look into the problem, always get the solution.
I had few 'miracles' in my life. I am just quoting one of them.
I was working at Cancer Institute, Adayar, Chennai. I started my career on 31st Oct. 1979. The salary day falls on 5th of every month. My first salary was Rs.26.70. No rounding of to the nearest rupee. that was the best day in my life. My birth day falls on that day. Until recently, i don't even think about my birthday, and it was never thought off and that was not the practice in my family. I was drawing my first salary and the best salary. the journey started from there.
The miracle: ON 5th November 1984, five years after I started my career, the year at which my salary went up to Rs2000, from Rs 756; I use to travel from my office to my home by bus, then take a train, and then by walk. That was the routine. I took a bus to guindy, reached the station around 5.35 pm. somehow things got delayed including the collection of salary Rs. 2000,(which is a huge salary compared to Rs 756) and hence the reach to the station was delayed. Unlike present day the buses were not that frequent and also crowded.
That's the time the trains to chengelpet use to arrive. The station was heavily crowded. during those hours all the trains which ever is coming will be crowded. I missed the train waited for the next train, which came at 5.55pm that was also crowded. wait for the next. I was holdong my bag containing my precious salary of Rs 2000 along with my lunch carrier. My bag doesn't have a proper handle, adding to the troubles.
Finally a train came somehow decided to travel by after missing the previous two trains. the decision made was really a fatal decision., that I realised only after trying to enter into the compartment. I couldn't enter into the compartment. having tried to get into the train and once the train is started, i couldn't revert my decision of getting down. Holding the bag on one hand and hold the handle with the other hand. The train was fully loaded. there were few more people along with me hanging, may be they were more careful and both the hands they might have been using for their safety, I don't know.
The train started moving and picked up the speed. Then came the real turning for the train as well as in my life. The place is called maduvinkarai railway gate. Due to the speed and the crowd, and the turning, the so called centrifugal force started acting and due to the pressure on me, i couldn't hold the train, Bang.......
I was thrown out of the train. I really don't know what happened for few minutes. Even today I know only one thing, I was telling the people not to push I would be falling.........Yes really I was thrown out of the train.
